As a Senior IT Engineer, you are a link in our international IT team. You will be involved in a wide range of IT challenges in the areas of infrastructure, cloud solutions, application management, and system integrations. You bring technical depth and overview. What will you be doing as an IT Engineer at Construsoft?
As a Senior IT Engineer, you will work closely with international colleagues on smart IT solutions and optimizing our systems. You will be the point of contact within your area of expertise and ensure that integrations run smoothly. Your efforts will enable all employees worldwide to work productively and with satisfaction. You will take on your own responsibilities, actively share knowledge, and thus contribute directly to the growth of Construsoft.
Your daily tasks will include:
- answering questions from colleagues at home and abroad,
- taking responsibility for (technical) sub-projects in the areas of cloud, infrastructure, and integrations;
- developing, managing, and optimizing links between applications such as Dynamics 365, SAP Business ByDesign, and other internal systems;
- contributing to the further migration to the cloud and setting up scalable IT solutions;
- identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvements, with an eye for security, efficiency, and user-friendliness;
- sharing knowledge within the organization and providing advice on projects.
The IT team at Construsoft
You will be part of a small and informal IT team, where you will work closely with each other. The lines of communication are short and you can switch gears quickly. We are currently in the middle of a transition from an on-premise server environment to the cloud. We have also switched to Dynamics 365 as our CRM system and are in the process of implementing SAP Business by Design as our ERP system.

Who are you?
Your mission is to help our organization further optimize its work processes and systems. The ideal candidate for the position of IT Engineer also has the following:
- A completed higher professional education (or equivalent) in IT;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT, preferably in a broad, all-round role;
- Experience and/or knowledge of system integrations and APIs is an important advantage.
- You enjoy working with applications and innovative software;
- A sense of responsibility, accuracy, strong communication skills, and a good command of the English language;
- Positive, enthusiastic go-getter and problem solver.
What do we offer you?
- A one-year contract based on a minimum of 32 hours per week with the intention to extend;
- A competitive salary between €3,500 and €5,000 based on full-time employment, depending on your educational background and experience;

What is the application procedure?
