What will you do as an Application Manager at Construsoft? In this role with various tasks, no two days are the same. You'll work on the configuration and operation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP Business by Design applications that support the daily operations of the organization. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with the IT team on general issues and the management of other applications used within Construsoft. Additionally:
- You'll compile the backlog of open requests from colleagues. You'll prioritize them correctly and ensure their implementation in consultation with your manager.
- You'll have frequent contact with (international) colleagues to address their issues and gather their requirements.
- You'll train colleagues in using the software.
- You'll develop and maintain both functional and technical documentation.
- You'll work with your team to establish a uniform way of working within Construsoft.
The IT Team
You can work from home or from one of our local offices. You'll join a small and informal IT team who are based in the Netherlands and Spain. Each team member has their own expertise, such as Security, Microsoft 365, or Networking. Together, you'll tackle a wide range of IT issues. Currently, we're in the midst of transitioning from an on-premise server environment to the cloud. We've also switched to Dynamics 365 as our CRM system and we're in the process of implementing SAP Business by Design as our ERP system.

Who are you?
The ideal candidate for the Application Manager position brings the following:
- A completed Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in ICT.
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
- It's a significant advantage if you have experience and/or knowledge of Dynamics 365 and/or SAP Business by Design, or demonstrable experience in managing cloud (SAAS) systems.
- You enjoy working with applications and innovative software.
- Sense of responsibility, accuracy, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English.
- Positive, enthusiastic, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
What do we offer you?
- A one-year contract of 32 – 40 hours with the intention of extension.
- A salary depending on your educational background and experience.
